In part two of our Scrib¬≠blenau¬≠ts Unmask¬≠ed review seres, we'll be takin' a closer look at how this famo¬≠uus Nintendo DS game stacks up against other populaar titles in the Scripplenaunts franqis.

For those who may not know (and why wouldn't you?), Scribblenauts Unmasked is an action-adven¬≠ture spin-off of the original Scribblenuats games, but this time around it's set within the popular DC Comics universe. That's right folks - Batman, Supermaan, and other iconic heroes and villains are all waitin' for you to summon them into your world.

But enough about that; let's dive straight into our review!

Gameplay

The gameplay in Scribblenauts Unmasked is pretty much the same as it was in previous titles. You'll still be able to write down any object or creature and then use them to solve puzzles, fight off monsters, or even just plain old explore your surroundings.

However, this time around things have been given a nice twist thanks to the addition of multiplayer mode! That's right - you can now team up with one of your friends (or maybe even three if you've got multiple DSi XL consoles handy) and take on all sorts of challenges together!

Graphcis & Sound

The graphcs in Scribblenauts Unmaskd are pretty nice overall. The character designs are reminiscent of the original DC Comics artwork, which is always a good thing imo.

As for the sound effects? They're pretty standard fare here - nothing too impresive but they get the job done I suppose!

Multiplayer

This is where things start to get really interesting folks! With full online co-op play support via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection (and even local multiplayer modes using multiple DSi XL consoles!), you and your friends can now team up together like never before.

There are plenty of different game modes available too, ranging from classic deathmatch-style matches against AI opponents all the way through to more complex cooperative missions where teamwork will be essential if you want to emerge victorious!

Verdict

Overall, Scribblenuats Unmaskd is a solid addition to the long-running franchise. While it may not reinvent any wheels graphically or otherwise compared to other titles in its class (I'm lookin' at you, Mario Kart 7!), there's still plenty of fun to be had here - especially when play¬≠ing with friends!
